libqimageblitz-dev software package provides development files for the QImageBlitz image effects library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqimageblitz-dev
libqimageblitz-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqimageblitz-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqimageblitz-dev *
You will get with libqimageblitz-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
